We would love for you to help us receive these young leaders into our community so that their roots grow deep and wide to serve our city.
Employ
Fellows are grounded, high-caliber candidates for leadership backed by a network to support their holistic growth. All Fellows go through a rigorous application and interview process in order to become a Fellow, so employers can be confident they are hiring a quality young leader.
- Fellows work Tuesday through Friday each week
- Fellows expect market value wages and no benefits

Our program is supported by generous giving throughout the community.
