Application Steps

The application process consists of filling out our online application (give yourself at least an hour to complete it), which includes sending us your resume, a headshot, and references we may contact.

Once all materials are received, we will reach out to you to set up a zoom interview with four Application Committee members. The duration of this interview is anywhere from one hour to two hours.

As a team, we will make a decision within a week after the interview, and our director will communicate the decision to you. Once an offer is made to an applicant, the applicant has two weeks to respond. This is meant to be a thorough and relationally caring process, helping the Admissions Committee and the applicant discern God’s call. We pray for each of our applicants and trust God will lead each one accordingly.
